RETURN POLICY

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

For all refunds and exchange requests, please contact us first, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Our goal is to offer you a high quality selection of childhood treasures to enjoy with your little ones. As such, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you have decided prior to opening the packaging of the product that it is no longer what you are after, kindly contact us in email writing within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

The following products and service are excluded from the 30 Day Return Policy:

  • Orders with the added Personalisation Service
  • Teethers & Rattles Range
  • Pram & Play Gym Toys Range
  • Dummy Chains and Dummies

Refund Conditions:

  • Product must not have been opened
  • Returned in the original condition
  • No stains or damage
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Returns that indicate product is not in the same condition may not be eligible for a full refund or may be denied refund.
  • Clearance and sale items are excluded from the 30 Day Return Policy.

Kindly note that shipping is non refundable and you will need to pay for shipping to return the item. 

We recommend that you ensure the item is well packed to withstand delivery handling and use trackable shipping to have the item returned to us. We will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen returns.

Upon receiving your order, please check and notify us in email writing within 5 days of receipt of order should you have received an incorrect/damaged item.

  • Some of our products are made from natural wood. Grains, markings and textures are unique to each piece and not considered a defect.
  • Please allow for variance in the screen colour display of our products from the actual product.
